Here's a breakfast idea you can make ahead of time for those hurried morning times.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon ground flax seed 1 tablespoon almonds, chopped 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds 1 tablespoon shredded coconut 1 tablespoon raisins (or any of your favorite dried fruit) 1-2 teaspoons of monk fruit (optional for added sweetness) 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon five spice powder (optional) 1 teaspoon maca (optional) 1/2 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Directions:
If you would like it warm place in dehydrator at 150°F for about 15 minutes or warm over low heat on stove, stirring constantly until warm. If you enjoy this breakfast and want to make it even easier, fill several snack size ziplock bags with the first 11 dry ingredients listed and store in the refrigerator or freezer for your daily breakfast. Then just grab a bag and pour the contents in a bowl with the coconut milk, coconut oil and your favorite fruit topping. This saves so much time. It's a fun thing to do while listening to a podcast or TED talk! Hope you love it!

Cranberries are high in Vitamin C and fiber and are only 45 calories per cup. They are also great for our beneficial gut bacteria and eating cranberries helps prevent urinary tract infections. They are high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties which helps our brain power and flexibility and coordination.
