Sunsational Apple Porridge (makes 4-6 servings)
2 apples, cut into 1 1/2” (3.8 cm) pieces
1/2 cup (120 ml) raw walnuts
1/2 cup (120 ml) raw sunflower seeds, soaked in water for 8-10 hours
1/2 cup (120 ml) raw buckwheat groats, soaked for 15 minutes, and let sit for 8-10 hours
1/2 cup (120 ml) raisins, soaked in water for 15 minutes
4 dates, soaked for 15 minutes, pitted
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) cinnamon
2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla powder or 12 drops of vanilla Sweet Leaf stevia drops
1/8 teaspoon (0.625 ml) Himalayan salt
Place apples in food processor with S-blade and run processor until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and run processor until desired consistency.
