Spinach Dip (makes 3-4 cups)

3 stalks celery, cut into 1 1/2” pieces
1 red pepper, cut into 1 1/2” pieces
3 carrots, cut into 1 1/2” pieces
1 ripe Haas avocado, quartered, peeled and pits removed
1/2 lb. (226 g) fresh spinach
1 Tablespoon (15 ml) chickpea miso or 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Himalayan sea salt
1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion granules
1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) white pepper
     
Combine the celery, red pepper and carrots in high-speed blender and run on high-speed with tamper for about 10-15 seconds.   Add the remaining ingredients and run on high speed with tamper for about 10-20 seconds, until smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl.

1 Tablespoon (15 ml) dill weed
2 Tablespoons (30 ml) fresh basil or 2 teaspoons (10 ml) dried basil

Stir the dill weed and basil into the dip. This dip is great with a raw veggie platter or a stuffing for cherry tomatoes, celery or small bell peppers.
