It's actually quite easy to make nut milk from scratch and I have several recipes for different nut milks in the TLC program. However I'm going to share an even easier way with you here that literally takes less than 1 minute!
Ingredients:
4 cups water 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) raw coconut butter* (or raw coconut cream or coconut manna) 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) raw almond butter* (or raw cashew butter or raw hemp seed butter) 4 dates, pitted (optional) 2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla powder (or 1 tsp. vanilla extract) 1/8 teaspoon Himalayan salt Combine all ingredients in Vitamix (or other high-speed blender) and blend until smooth (about 30 seconds) and enjoy! *All coconut butter and nut butters are not created equal. If you are searching for the best raw nut butters I recommend Rejuvenative, Healthy Traditions (used to be called Tropical Traditions) and Artisana or Dastony brands. Nutiva's coconut manna is also a good brand, however it is not raw.

Great recipe as usual. I will try this today! Thanks! I didn't know Nutiva's Coconut Mana wasn't raw. Thank you for that information!
