I have been using fire cider for over 10 years and wanted to share my simple recipe with everyone. I'd heard that fire cider was an amazing immune boosting tonic from someone selling it at the farmer's market. I tried it and purchased a quart. It sat in the cupboard for about a month before I tried it one morning when I woke up with a sore throat. Just as promised, after taking a few tablespoons over the next several hours my sore throat was gone. I've learned to make my own since that day several years ago and I now make it a couple times a year. It is powerful and effective!
