I am so thrilled to be sharing this detailed account of the story of a woman I have recently been working with.  Lynn is a 47 yr old woman from Scotland, who has a history of lung issues since she was 9 yr old. Her chronic conditions have been asthma, bronchiectasis, pleurisy, multiple bouts of pneumonia, Lyme disease and heart arrhythmia.

Initially I didn’t even realise it could be Covid-19. I spent a week in bed with high temp / sore throat / extreme fatigue / headache / sore eyes / dizzy.
On Day 6 of the first week, I woke with extreme and severe lung pain. I could barely turn in the bed. Then the crushing feeling in my chest began. I felt I was unable to breathe almost like someone was standing on my chest. My windpipe felt tight. The cough began and it was very very dry. I believe more in relation to the sensation of not being able to breathe.

As I have asthma and bronchiectasis I am well versed in how not to cough. How to breathe shallow and not panic.
I can imagine for someone who didn’t know their lungs or have any prior issues the cough would just be insane. The feeling that you can’t get breath in is horrible.
I tested both my temp and oxygen in the first week. I had a low grade fever of 38.7. At times my oxygen dropped to 89. Still, I thought it was a Lyme flare and bronchiectasis / asthma acting up.
The lung pain / cough / chest sensation is like nothing I have ever felt before.
I have had pleurisy / pneumonia’s / chest infections and flu. At times needing long term hospitalization for up to 2 weeks.
This pain in the lungs / dry “ empty” cough was nothing like any of them.
It felt like I was drowning for air in a desert. I can’t really explain it better than that.
They have told me what I described as symptoms were identical to them. I also believe that people experience this differently, depending perhaps on the strain they have. The viral load being high or low. Their immune system and any previous conditions.

I think the ventilator’s are causing a lot of harm because the feeling you cannot breathe is a feeling. Yes, my oxygen dipped to 89 one day but it was one day. I knew from my lung issues and previous asthma how not to panic. How to breathe lightly. Stay calm. And within two days of taking the vitamin c I was ok again. My O2 was back to 98. It’s when you cough due to the “ weight “ you feel crushing your chest you begin to severely inflame the lungs. It’s so dry and a natural reaction.
I had a phone consult with a nurse in the US. She told me about the vitamin c protocol and sent me documents and videos. I immediately decided to give it a try. By day 2/3 I felt much better. But what I will say is each time a dose was due the symptoms would begin to return. If I forgot a dose, it would be a lot worse. You have to keep the protocol up. You can not miss doses. Taking the correct amount of Vitamin C your body needs and taking it in divided doses all day long is the key.
So in essence if feels like you’re “ chasing “ the symptoms.
The lung pain felt like hundreds of tiny elves were stabbing me from the inside.
It has been the most persistent symptom. I still have it 14 days after the initial temp.

During this entire time, I did not ask for a test. Nor was I offered one.
I felt my symptoms were manageable but had they gotten any worse I would have called an ambulance. Whilst scary, I understand my lungs and breathing so would know if I needed an ambulance / admittance.
I know the health service is very very pressured right now and didn’t want to take their time up if I could avoid it.
I worked with several people in uk and other countries. The nurse that did my consultation from the US is Rene Oswald. She is a trained nurse and health professional. Who also deals with natural health. She is available to answer questions by phone and messaging. She got back with me quickly. She is really doing it for free and wasn't selling anything, just really wants to help people heal from this virus.
I am able to breathe well again and my oxygen is back to 98. The lung pain however is super persistent so I will stay on the protocol for now.
After a second phone consultation with Rene yesterday I decided to increase my vit c dosage and frequency, which I am now following.

Oh Rene, what a great testimonial! Thank you Lynn for sharing this! It is so helpful and encouraging. I didn't know one could or should suppress the cough! Such great information! Thank you both!!!
