Make a triple batch of veggie burgers and freeze them so you'll have quick meals just by warming them up in the dehydrator when you're hungry.  They only take about 15 minutes to get warm.

You can also do this with raw breads, pizza crusts and wraps.  Click here for a delicious wrap recipe.

Try warming raw soups, juices and smoothies on the stove at a low heat.  You can use your finger to test the temperature as it slowly warms or you can use a digital oven thermometer.  When it reaches 110 it is satisfyingly warm, but all the nutrients are retained.

There are also many warming herbs and spices that you can use to raise your body temperature.
Cayenne, ginger, white pepper, curry, cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, cumin and clove all do the job well.

I thought with a raw diet food could not be heated up past 104°F? Thank you for your time.

There are many different thoughts on what the high temperature is to still be considered a raw food. I have seen everything from 99-118. My husband actually did an experiment with heating sunflower seeds and then trying to sprout them. Even after they had been heated to over 140 degrees Fahrenheit they still sprouted. I suggest to try to stay at or below 105 degrees Fahrenheit, however I think anything at or below 110 may also be okay.
