I thought with a raw diet food could not be heated up past 104°F? Thank you for your time.

There are many different thoughts on what the high temperature is to still be considered a raw food. I have seen everything from 99-118. My husband actually did an experiment with heating sunflower seeds and then trying to sprout them. Even after they had been heated to over 140 degrees Fahrenheit they still sprouted. I suggest to try to stay at or below 105 degrees Fahrenheit, however I think anything at or below 110 may also be okay.
