That's all you need for this one is a high-speed blender and it's just one step, so it's very fast and easy. The hardest part about this recipe is breaking into a Thai coconut, but the good news is, you can substitute coconut cream, which makes it a breeze. Directions:
Combine all ingredients in high speed blender. Run on high speed until smooth (about 1 minute). Enjoy warmed or cold.
