Directions:
Process cauliflower from Step 1 in Vitamix blender by pulse chopping on variable speed #1-2 for 5-10 seconds until it's riced. Transfer to large stainless steel frypan with avocado oil. Add onion, garlic and celery and sauté until tender (or if you prefer this recipe raw, don't cook the veggies). Transfer to blender container. Add step 2 ingredients to the blender container. Run on high speed with tamper until smooth. Savory Gravy goes well with this recipe. In the following video I demonstrate how to create a staple stash of soaked, sprouted and dehydrated nuts and seeds to make meal prep a breeze! The only ingredient that this pertains to in this recipe is the sesame seeds, but I thought you might want to get your staple stash together for future recipes!
