This is one of my favorite recipes for my first meal of the day, which is a good time to eat a light meal to ease into digestion and to rehydrate.
This is also a great idea for people who are not feeling well. It helps them to stay hydrated while giving the digestive system a break from digesting heavier meals. This allows the body to spend it's energy on healing instead of digesting, which is the reason we don't have an appetite when we are sick.
