1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup water
3 Tbsp. carob powder or cacao powder
1/4 tsp. Vanilla or Maple flavoring (optional)
Combine chia seeds and water and whisk every few minutes, letting it sit for about 10 minutes.
Combine chia gel with remaining ingredients in high-speed blender and run on high for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours and enjoy.
